- Vendors set a real payment plan — deposit to hold the date, balance on the day. You see what's coming before it's due. Paid by cheque or bank transfer? Mark it paid and your budget stays honest.

Straight answers
The questions worth asking first.

- Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?
- Free, with no card and no end date. It covers one complete wedding: the guest list, RSVPs, the live Guest Passport, the checklist, the budget, the itinerary, vendor discovery, chat, contracts and the registry. Plus is the day itself — the floor plan, the Day-of Coordinator, the music engine, the DIY workbench — and planning more than one wedding at a time.
- Do you sell my details to vendors?
- No. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Vendors can reach you when you message them first, and not before. Being sold as a lead to everyone in a category is the business model of the directories; it is not ours.
- My engagement is longer than a year. Won't an annual plan run out before the wedding?
- Yes — and that is exactly why the whole-wedding pass exists. Average engagements run around eighteen months, so an annual plan bought at the proposal expires weeks before the day. $199 once covers you through your wedding day and nothing renews afterwards.
- Is it cheaper on the web than in the app?
- Yes, and we would rather say so than let you find out. The app stores take 15–30% of anything sold inside an app, so buying here costs us less and costs you less: $12.99 a month on the web against $14.99 in-app, and $129 a year against $139.99.
- Does my partner need their own subscription?
- No. Your partner joins as a secondary host and gets the whole build — not a read-only copy, not an export passed between you. Two accounts, one wedding, one plan, on the free tier as much as on a paid one.
- What do my guests have to download?
- Nothing — but the app is the version you want them on. A passport opens in a browser and RSVP, the schedule, the dress code and the registry all work there, so nobody is ever locked out of their own invitation. What the app adds is the venue map and, more importantly, notifications: when you or your coordinator send an update from the roster — the ceremony pushed back twenty minutes, a room moved — it arrives on their lock screen. In a browser they only find out if they think to reopen the tab, and on the day itself nobody is thinking about a tab. That is the difference between a hundred guests who know and a hundred guests standing in the wrong place.
- Do you have a wedding website?
- You get something we think is better, and we would rather argue the point than quietly add a worse version of it. A wedding website is a page your guests visit and read; the Guest Passport is a screen that knows who they are — their events, their seat, their dress code, their directions, their RSVP — and changes in their hand when you change it. A website cannot tell one guest their table number and another the rehearsal address, and it cannot tell either of them the ceremony just moved. If enough couples tell us they still want a public page alongside their passport, we will build one — but as the second thing, not the first.
- Are there fees on the registry or cash funds?
- Cash funds carry 1.5% on the free plan and 0% on any paid one, on top of Stripe's own card processing — the same shape as every competitor, stated here rather than discovered at payout. Gifts bought from a normal registry link cost nothing either way, because the money never touches us.
